During the hypnosis portion of the session you will visualize two possible paths: continuing the old habit or stepping into the life of a non-smoker. Strengthening this internal image helps reinforce motivation and commitment to change.
The hypnosis portion of the session is recorded as a personalized audio, which you will listen to several times over the following three weeks to reinforce the change.
This approach works for all forms of nicotine use, including cigarettes, vaping devices, nicotine pouches, and similar products.
