Elevate Your Mindset, Embrace Multiperspectivity: Meet the Specialist in Mind and Body Programming.

From the moment we are born, our minds begin to absorb information and experiences from the world around us. Our parents, caregivers, culture, and society all contribute significantly to shaping our beliefs, habits, and mindset. As we grow, the influence of our surroundings continues to mold our thoughts and behaviors. In today's fast-paced world, with the ever-evolving impact of technology and media, understanding this programming becomes crucial for achieving personal growth and better health.

Examples of how we get programmed are numerous and intriguing. Childhood imprinting, during the ages of 0-7, plays a crucial role in shaping our identity and personality. Advertisers and influencers strategically use emotional triggers like sex, food, or danger to grab our attention and persuade us to buy their products. Social hierarchy buttons are pressed by famous and ultra-rich individuals to capitalize on people’s aspirations and secret desires to be like them of have what they have. Repetition is a powerful tool employed by advertisers to create familiarity and prompt people to make purchases. Storytelling, the power of "yes," cognitive dissonance, and manipulative strategies are all techniques utilized to influence our decisions and behaviors by media, technology, politics and various cultural institutions.

The society we live in, including the norms, values, and expectations we collectively create, can have a hypnotizing effect on us, guiding us to conform to its needs and desires.

You can program yourself. Effectively.

Here are some valuable ideas to program yourself:

  • Self-hypnosis: Use hypnotic induction to create a receptive state and guide yourself with visualizations and affirmations focused on your desired outcomes.

  • NLP Meta Position technique to gain a wider perspective on yourself and your situation, allowing for for a third person view on your life situation.

  • NLP Modeling: Use this technique to adopt the mindset of someone you admire on multiple neurological levels, enriching your own worldview and breaking free from the limiting beliefs of your current mindset.

  • Self-Inquiry: Engage in deep meditation and introspection to question and change your beliefs and mindset. Go deep ask yourself “Why do I believe X and how do I change my mindset about Y?”

  • Retreat into nature: Spend time alone in nature, meditating in silence, to gain clarity and a fresh perspective on life.

  • Psychedelics: If used responsibly and under proper guidance, substances like ayahuasca, DMT, or psilocybin can offer profound shifts in perception and open up new avenues for perspectives.

If you have any other ideas on how to reprogram oneself, we would love to hear them!
